Freight & Delivery
The pod can be freighted to most places but this requires a truck with a hiab and the cost will depend on the location, distance to delivery and what the access on site requires.
Foundations
The pod can be put on piles, on a concrete slab or straight on the ground as it sits on treated skids. Pile layout plans can be supplied.
Council & Legal
My Pod Retreat is a ten square metre contemporary building. This building normally doesn’t require a building permit, but it is recommended that you check with the local authority as to the rules in your area.
